About

The Hypothesis Dump is a digital platform for the raw, unfiltered side of science. It has been assigned ISSN 3119-4036 by the National Library of Sweden, recognition as a continuing serial publication, catalogued in the national library system. We publish sharp Opinion articles, Science News and Novel Hypotheses that challenge the status quo and cut through the jargon. Pieces that engage a scientific question, study, or debate (neuroscience and adjacent mind and biological sciences are our core focus). I believe science isn’t just about polished final papers but the creative questions, debates, and “what ifs” that drive discovery. Join the conversation where ideas are shared quickly and debated openly.

With a background as a neuroscientist and experienced communicator, I launched The Hypothesis Dump to communicate novel ideas and facilitate public understanding. I believe a big part of scientific advancement lies in ‘unpolished’ ideas and open debates during lunchtime discussions, and not just in final results. Through The Hypothesis Dump, I invite you to a space where ideas are shared and questioned openly.” – Dr. Samer Siwani, (PhD)
